VITASCOPIUM TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: January 13, 2026

Welcome to Vitascopium. By accessing our application, you (the “Researcher”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Service/Platform: The Vitascopium application, hosted via Google Firebase, providing event tracking, biorhythm calculations, and AI-driven analysis.
  • Operator: InnowatorPro, based in Poland (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
  • Access Period: A fixed duration (30, 90, or 365 days) of premium functionality (“Resident” status).
  • Analytical Credits (Tokens): Virtual units used to generate AI Interpretations.
  • AI Interpretations: Data insights generated via Vertex AI based on user-provided data.

2. SERVICE LEVELS AND ACCESS

Vitascopium operates on a “Freemium” model with the following tiers:

  • Apprentice (Free): Limited to tracking events from three (3) pre-defined demo categories. Access to basic biorhythm visualization.
  • Resident (Premium): Full access to custom event definition, Analysis Hub, Monthly Chronicle, and AI Interpretations.

3. PREPAID MODEL AND PAYMENTS

  • Not a Subscription: Vitascopium does not use recurring billing. Access is granted on a prepaid basis. Once the Access Period expires, the account reverts to “Apprentice” status unless a new package is purchased.
  • Payment Processor: All transactions are securely handled by Stripe.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital content and the immediate overhead costs of AI generation, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. ANALYTICTAL CREDITS (TOKENOMICS)

  • Usage: Credits are consumed upon generating AI Interpretations.
  • Expiration: Credits are valid for the duration of the current Access Period. If the period expires, unused credits are forfeited.
  • Rollover: If a new Resident package is purchased before the current Access Period expires, the validity of all remaining credits is extended to match the new expiration date.

5. AI INTERPRETATIONS & DISCLAIMERS

IMPORTANT: FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY

Vitascopium provides tools for self-reflection and entertainment.

  1. No Professional Advice: Biorhythms, moon phase correlations, and “Future Guessing” analyses do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or life advice.
  2. AI Accuracy: Interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence (Vertex AI). AI can “hallucinate,” produce inaccuracies, or provide biased results. The Operator is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.
  3. Assumption of Risk: The Researcher uses these insights at their own risk.

6. DATA OWNERSHIP AND PRIVACY

  • Your Lab, Your Rules: You retain full ownership of all data you enter (Daily Entries) and all results generated (AI Interpretations).
  • Data Portability: You may export your data at any time via the “Profile” section, provided your account is active.
  • Security: Your data is stored using Google Cloud Firestore with industry-standard encryption. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND INACTIVITY

  • User Termination: You may delete your account at any time. This action is irreversible and deletes all associated data.
  • Inactivity Policy:
    • Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be automatically deleted.
    • Exception: If you have provided “Consent to receive email communications,” your account will be maintained beyond 12 months to allow for future access, until such consent is withdrawn.
  • Security Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of being compromised or used for unauthorized technical exploitation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnowatorPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service in the last 12 months.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the Operator’s registered seat, though we encourage reaching out to us first to resolve any issues amicably.
